ON PRODUCTIONS
For us at Faro Italia quality is very important: therefore we carry out a series of random checks and various tests on both mid-range and high-end products.
Controls on mid-range productions are carried out at all stages of the production process. In particular, we make sure that the manufactured products comply with the standards in the production, stamping, deburring, metal polishing and during the manual assembly phase. A further check is carried out before the coloring phase, aimed at improving the aesthetic characteristics of the product.
On request we also perform tests to evaluate the corrosion and oxidation resistance of the products, making sure that each element maintains its characteristics and shine unaltered even when exposed to air or humidity.
While for the products that fall into the high or luxury range, the control is even more meticulous: in fact, it is carried out piece by piece, thanks to the support of qualified personnel and contractors at each stage of processing. This is a 100% optical visual inspection that allows us to check for imperfections in advance, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
