A CONSOLIDATED METHOD
THE "FARO METHOD"
The working method we have developed is the result of the know-how we have consolidated over all these years of experience.
Thanks to the numerous projects carried out in partnership with our customers, we have developed a particular working method called the "Faro Method". This process organization allows us to be flexible and to minimize delivery times to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. A process consisting of several steps, from design to the concrete realization of the project.
THE PHASES
The Faro Method includes a series of consequential phases:
1. Research and development: our team is made up of designers and experts in the sector, who carry out continuous ad hoc research on new trends in order to anticipate the tendencies and tastes of consumers in continuous evolution
2. Design development: the next phase is the one that allows us to express our flair and creativity. Thanks to our team of external stylists and model makers, we develop ideas and create concepts that are collected in a book that presents all the new items from the collection to be shown to the customer. In addition to the range in the catalogue, we offer the possibility to customize accessories, according to specific needs.
3. Realization of prototypes and molds: when the book is confirmed we move on to the development of physical prototypes, also called samples. This allows us to analyze the product quickly and carry out a series of assessments before moving on to actual production. In addition to this, we also make templates to meet specific design needs.
4. Production and colouring: from idea to reality, in this phase the new collection is realized through the production of each accessory. Each product is then subjected to the subsequent colouring and painting phases to protect the accessories from external agents. Finally, these proposals are presented to customers through the efficient commercial network that we have developed.
